The Building
The apartment is situated on the second floor of a small residential building, which consists of 4 apartments in total.
The building was constructed in 2006.

The Bedroom
The bedroom has a queen size bed, a wardrobe and a balcony with a stunning view on Mount Cholomondas and the Aegean Sea.
The Bathroom
The bathroom has all the basics: a shower, a toilet, a sink and a hairdryer. There is also a small window for ventilation.
In the open kitchen you find all the necessary equipment to prepare a delicious meal: a ceramic hob with 4 plates, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster and an electric kettle .
On the left the sofa turned into 2 single beds with slatted base.
Underneath you see the beds attached with 2 straps to become a perfect double bed (without any space between the mattresses).
There is also a folding bed with slatted base available for the fifth person of the company.
The kitchen and
the living room
The living room has a sofa, a fireplace, a dining table with 4 chairs, air conditioning and a big balcony.
The big covered balcony of 10 m² is the place to be for a cosy dinner and/or a few drinks. It offers a magnificent frontal sea view on the island Kafkanas (Kapros) and a wonderful side view on Mount Cholomondas.
